Following a career in restaurant and bar management, Narciso A. Cruz moved his family to Rochester to open a Mexican restaurant that would be recognized as different from the rest. Narciso was committed to serving real, authentic Mexican food and knew the best way to do this was to use actual recipes used in Mexico…and where better to get those than from real Mexican grandmothers!
